Code Enforcement
Lindsay Shaw proudly serves the City of Fairview as our Code Enforcement & Animal Control Officer.

Dedicated and approachable, Lindsay works to ensure our community remains safe, clean, and compliant with city ordinances — while also caring for the well-being of local animals. Her responsibilities include investigating nuisance complaints, enforcing property maintenance codes, and responding to animal-related concerns.

She approaches every situation with fairness, empathy, and a commitment to practical solutions that benefit the entire community. Residents are encouraged to reach out with concerns about code violations, overgrown lots, abandoned vehicles, or stray animals.
